Career Guidance & Direct‑Hire Job Referral Program
CHJCC Employment Connect is a community‑based employment support initiative serving unemployed and underemployed Crown Heights residents, including individuals entering the workforce for the first time after completing yeshiva or seminary.
The program focuses on career guidance, confidence‑building, and direct connections to employers. CHJCC helps candidates clarify direction, present themselves professionally, and access legitimate employment opportunities.
CHJCC Employment Connect is not a staffing firm, recruiter, or placement agency. CHJCC does not negotiate compensation, provide training, or manage hiring. Our involvement concludes once a candidate is hired.
